Plot works on all browsers. However, some browsers support more advanced, and cooler features like video! Let's break it down below:

Plot automatically detects whether a user has a microphone. If a user doesn't have a microphone they won't be offered the option to record screen feedback. They will still be able to provide emoji feedback.

Copy and paste your Plot script into the head tag of all pages in your website. Once correctly placed, you never have to touch it again!
You can change questions shown in Plot on the 'Question' within the app. No coding required
Plot only shows to users that haven't dismissed or answered your question yet. Once completed, the Plot tab will be hidden for 30 days. If dismissed, the Plot tab will hide for 2 days before being shown to the same user again. In order to test Plot, you can manually delete the cookies in your browser (on your domain) which will force Plot to show again.

Open your Edit Questions page and scroll until you see the text box labeled "Only show on this page". Enter the specific URL path that you want the bar to show up on. URL Bars are only shown to visitors on specific pages.
It is important that the plot script is still included on the other pages of your site so those pages can be recorded if a user starts video feedback and then clicks through to them.

Plot is loaded in asynchronously so it won't affect your website performance. The script itself is also super fast to download as it's served from Amazon Cloudfront, a CDN which caches the content at various locations around the world. The content is served from the nearest location to each of your users.
